I'm not sure I could have thought of this product idea even if you'd have paid me. Maybe I'm not hip to the whole Modern scene, but would people actually want to use their precious roleplaying time exploring abortion?

Even giving Louis Porter the benefit of the doubt regarding the intent behind the product, it just doesn't sound very useful or, well, good.
The classes and the feats sound kind of stupid. Hey, I think I might qualify for the Blogger intermediary class and if I take the Reconstructive Surgery feat I think I meet all the prerequisites for the Dr. Boob Job class!
I'm not sure who Chris Field is, or why he's any form of "up-and-coming superstar", but I have seen the way LP has conducted himself in the past.
I can't imagine many people will actually but this PDF, but he's certainly entitled to try to sell it. He's had more than enough free press with a 20+ page thread over on EnWorld.
Anyway, I have to get back to work on my new project, "Botched Boob Job Doctor D20". I just finished the Third Nipple feat. It's gonna be edgy, man. Edgy. Uh, boob. Edgy.
