The bumps and bruises of the book are laid bare but that's not a bad thing. I wasn't even aware of a missing table and I'm not sure the carry over to print changed anything. Oh well, what's done is done. Thanks for your time on this, Stephen!

I'm just sorry that it took me so long to get the review done. I ended up reading Temporality three times while drafting and writing the review, and I found a little something extra each time.
Now I'm torn about Behind the Spells - should I write about the original articles that I collected through subscription, or wait and review the collected edition?
Nothing to be sorry about. As for BtS, that's your choice. The print form should be available next month.
